The Gotti diet

If Frank Gotti can change from obese to fit, you can too. At least that is what the Gotti diet promises. Heartbreaker Frank Gotti Agnello from "Growing up Gotti" took the help of his doctor, his lacrosse trainer and his mother to write a diet book. His plan to end the diet exercises is similar to the one he followed, resulting in 80 pounds of weight loss and a transformation from fat boy to lean and strong teenager.

There are no extreme guidelines or structured meal plans, just suggestions to restrict certain foods and exercise. The list of foods to avoid is reasonable and prevents you from eating refined cereals and sweets, but still allows some flexibility – Gotti admits that he "couldn't live without pasta".

The young Gotti devised a seven-step plan that should help him look and feel better for his upcoming TV show. These steps include exercise advice, tips on managing food choices, and suggestions on how to control portions for everything from mother's home cooking to fast food.
